Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. Solution Consultant / Solution Architect with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with the ability to understand client requirements and deliver tailored, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead the development of Salesforce system architecture and integration strategies.

- Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are upheld.

- Conduct solution design workshops and present high-level and detailed architecture plans to stakeholders.

- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, features, and industry trends, and incorporate them into project solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture.

- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities and limitations.

- Expertise in designing integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs.

- Proven ability to work with clients and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience with Salesforce platform tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative customizations.

- Salesforce certifications (e., Salesforce Certified Solution Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus.

Additional Details :

Travel Requirement :

- The candidate will need to travel to Mumbai for the first 3 weeks of the project.

- Travel and accommodation costs will be covered.

Remote Work :

- After the initial travel, the position will be fully remote, adhering to IST working hours
