... are interested. Management team are quite understanding and helps us timely. They provide onsite opportunities with best package. Many have travelled from India to other countries with their visa team assistance. Even am getting opportunity in their onshore. Overall I'm super satisfied with NU and team and feeling great in associating with them.

Pay is good, in return they will expect you work hard and hard.

No proper planning in the company, filling up the timesheet is more important than completing the task. No proper KT provided to work and we need to bug the people to get there slots for clearing the doubts. Senior most persons who know end to end of the infrastructure, used to tell go though the documentations for every doubts which shows their unprofessional to work here.

No words are kept.. promise made but not following. Flexibility is there but that is monitored in a stringent way. 8 hrs a day must , even if you work 12 -13 hr previous day you have to work 8 hr very next day. They are monitoring with one of the worst people management tool. Several processs changes in last 3 months They apply visa, but don't send no visibility scope in future. As a software developer/tester no scope. Mexico team worst to work with. They don't know basic things and asking junior developer to complete task. No Proper work Life balance. HR team saying one day a process and next week new process is followed. I am writing this in disbelief and anger. Beware before joining. Sorry to write this as a 4 + year working in organization Need to communicate a lot

This company is very clever to get the comments removed from this portal. Portal team please understand this company is playing with employees life and future. Dont work for them and kindly help for job aspirants to know clearly about this company.

All unethical way of work is followed here. Micromanagement at peak especially by top management and note this company will no where people will run away. HR team is just a puppet who shakes head for what operations tell and never support employees or talk for employees. No big projects and they run this company with only 2 or 3 clients and even that project not sure how long will it run. So freelancing is also most welcome here. Any government agency can do audit of this company and find what is all being cheated. Guys just get away from this company and secure your job with at a good safe company. If your project is over or client says one day you are not good they throw you out in a day or two and this is true here. Night shifts can be expected in most of projects. In IT this company works in night shift as they cheat customer that their resource is in Mexico or Chile or US. So please dont get your career ruined even if you are junior or senior . Just keep away.

8 hours time sheet is a must and worst management. Employees forced to write review comments . Policy keep changing every day also and HR sends essay emails and you cant understand anything. Dont know how this company is run and how they are recurited. More of false promised by recruit team while they talk to you. Tough place to work and anyone please come and see office. Just one hall and you will run immediately. Person brining process maybe be from a mental asylum and needs to see doctor as this company is following very old procedures. Everyone is waiting to run away and soon this company will be gone. To cheat they changed the company name also. So please dont take risk of joining here and get into trouble. They will send u out if your project is over and no more amount of project. So run away from this company.
