Dear Employee, Thanks for your feedback. As we wanted to be a process oriented organization, we have brought in certain processes for the betterment of employee and employer. Leave deduction happens after a couple of reminders when no time entries are logged for the day. Self-learning is the most efficient way to learn something for a lifetime. According to your input, it would be beneficial for all of us if we could address them face-to-face with the appropriate parties. For instance, if you work on weekends, you can record that in your timesheet and, with your RM's consent, you can plan your leaves. The interest rate on your employee loan is also not more than the government standards. The best course of action might be speak with the relevant team to better understand the steps and benefits. Open discussions can benefit all of us greatly.
