Not really to say at the moment.. they are going from bad to worse.. Looking for opportunity.
No words are kept.. promise made but not following. Flexibility is there but that is monitored in a stringent way. 8 hrs a day must , even if you work 12 -13 hr previous day you have to work 8 hr very next day. They are monitoring with one of the worst people management tool. Several processs changes in last 3 months They apply visa, but don't send no visibility scope in future. As a software developer/tester no scope. Mexico team worst to work with. They don't know basic things and asking junior developer to complete task. No Proper work Life balance. HR team saying one day a process and next week new process is followed. I am writing this in disbelief and anger. Beware before joining. This company is very clever to get the comments removed from this portal. Portal team please understand this company is playing with employees life and future. Dont work for them and kindly help for job aspirants to know clearly about this company.
All unethical way of work is followed here. Micromanagement at peak especially by top management and note this company will no where people will run away. HR team is just a puppet who shakes head for what operations tell and never support employees or talk for employees. No big projects and they run this company with only 2 or 3 clients and even that project not sure how long will it run. So freelancing is also most welcome here. Any government agency can do audit of this company and find what is all being cheated. Guys just get away from this company and secure your job with at a good safe company. If your project is over or client says one day you are not good they throw you out in a day or two and this is true here. Night shifts can be expected in most of projects. In IT this company works in night shift as they cheat customer that their resource is in Mexico or Chile or US. So please dont get your career ruined even if you are junior or senior .
