The company is service based company, so the technology is totally dependent on clients. When there is budget cuts at client end, NTT just works on margins and quickly reduces the workforce if margin goes down. In my 15+ years of tenure I have seen that happening many times in USA, Canada, Japan, India as well as across other countries. The onsite opportunities are totally depending on your relations with onsite influencing folks and management. It doesn't matter how strong you are in technology or domain. The hikes are not as compared to market standards. And also most of the Directors and VPs will change your designation if they don't want to give you bonuses or perks, even if you qualify for those. Just treat this as one of your company in career and move on....Read More

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net.
