It provides flexibility in timing (depends on what's the nature of team/department). WFH is continuing as of March 2023. Don't know about future. Job security is there if you're an above average performer. Job rotation is possible if you have exhausted all your skills in one role and your manager is also bored of you/found a cheaperresource. They will recommend you to other internal teams. But overall a good brand to work for. Definitely gives huge leverage to your career no matter what role and pay scale you are at....Read More

Dislikes

Growth is limited, even for your manager. Everybody is holding onto their positions for a long time with little scope for upward growth. But promotions can happen only if you have toiled and exceeded two levels than your actual level of work. There is abundant learning material through in-house training but you need to be proactive and learn as much as you can.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2).
