HR is Not good, Hike and compensation is not good if you are existing employee. Suggestion for joining folks: Join this company if they are offering the good CTC and don't expect yearly appraisal more than 2 to 4 %. Some time you will not get your expected monthly salary so many people faced this issue and you need to follow up with HR and they will respond in 3 to 4 weeks this is normal response time from HR. Organization is prefect (almost all are) but the issue is with managers, VPS where they would prefer their loved ones/bucket holders to be promoted.
