Unprofessional Work Environment & Poor Employee Treatment My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. There is a clear lack of respect for employees, with management and team leads treating staff poorly. Promotions are nonexistent, and employees are expected to work on Saturdays without compensation. Laser, smile and ICL surgeries Wrost company ever, the environment and treating employees like school/college, micro monitoring, no benefit, no skill development, if you need leave needs to loop Director in the email chain, If you need break only 15 mits time Security will ask you id number for login time and you have to write logout time in ledger book every day without miss.
