The company is really good to start with... I was a fresher.. and I had 2 years of bond here... I was placed at client side... Salary was good at start, you will get other facilities as medical claim and other benefits. Overall a good company with job security

You have a bond Other facilities are good but there is no growth in salary. Not much growth in improving skills

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
