"Some seniors and managers unfortunately don't dedicate enough time to help their teams improve their skills on a regular basis. It seems there are some insecurities and issues of corruption that may be affecting their approach. This creates challenges for team growth and development. I believe a more focused effort on skill-building and guidance would benefit the entire team."

This is a hell that men have created; I think that eventually, you become unstable mentally. Their working culture prevents seniors from offering support and places the blame on you when something goes wrong.
