Policies of this company are very bad even one can not know what are the exact policies as NSMX don't even share the policies. Also, there is no procedure of taking feedback of employees, manager and TL don't support anyone , they just want the work to be done. Sandwich policy is also there. One who want leave might have to put a lot of effort to get their leave approved. 9 hours shift can anytime be extended to 11, 12,14 to any hours depending upon workload....Read More
