Unfortunately nothing. If you are planning to work here then trust me, you are better off without a job.

Dislikes

Owners, general manager, hr manager. I can't think of any civilised term to describe these people. This is not a personal grudge. This is the worst 3 months spent in my entire career. And I regret contributing my talent to such a place. Accor is a great group to work with but this hotel sucks.

Work Details

Being a hotelier is all about giving atleast 12 hours depending on your department. But this is such a sad property with the worst management I have seen in my life. No matter how much money you get paid please don't join this property.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
