The company is progressive, But The Mangers and seniors do not value individual's strength and opinion. specially for women employees there is no safety or comfortable working environment. the company has illiterate people as on higher possession because of them experience , nothing much.who did not deserve it. also there is no jobtraining for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is pain sometimes. foe me this organization experience was worst and nothing i get fr them for my future growth .the staff of that organisation work as in team not for company growth but to tease a female employees . i personally faced many challenges in that organization just because I AM women . Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
