I have joined Nous as a fresher and all my professional growth happened here. This is a decent workplace and the management always take care of the employees and tries to keep them happy. I have received many positive feedbacks and recognition here at Nous than anywhere else in my life. My personal confidence level also increased a lot over these years. I feel more comfortable and supported here. There are many good projects and clients in Nous where we can show our excellence and also we can grow professionally. During my transition from a fresher to a senior role I have worked with multiple clients and in multiple projects. The knowledge and support I got over these years working with them is a treasure for me. The different departments in Nous is also very good. Work life balance and people around us are very good in this company all managers and higher officials are very supportive and helps freshers to explore and learn, Salary is credited on time

Dislikes

Salary given is less compared to other IT companies in Bangalore and there is not Cab facilities and nothing else is provided other than salary to their employees(like Diwali bonus, Dasara gifts, birthday voucher etc) Basically no other benefits other than salary.

Management team are easy to connect. Long running projects due to good connects.

Dislikes

No focus on the verticals, due to which tech stack and domain keeps changing. No much focus on skill training. No company transport facility and easy access to public transport.

Company tries to keep employees happy but lot depends on Client and expectations from the client. HR department is good because of HR Leadership. Salary depends on Project. Overall Nous is a decent workplace and tries to keep employees happy. Lots of internal training and initiatives.

No particular dislikes but resources can get occupied with project work and may not find time for self learning or attending internal trainings.

There three things : overall everything depends upon project: your manager and especially the allocated buddy. More than manager everything depends upon your buddy (who is supposed to be ideally someone who will guide n help you get onboarded and have your kt sessions)...But here there is a twist... Some of the projects have typical people with political attitude... They will be your buddy who will make 💯 effort to divert you and throw you out of the organisation by playing games against you and then you will be directly or indirectly forced to resign. So beware of the buddies. If you get a buddy who is unnecessary talking to you instead of giving proper kt, diverting you from the kt topics to unnecessary talks...then you are in very danger zone .....Read More
