1. You get to learn lot of things 2. High exposure 3. Learn a lot of complicated financial transactions 4. Also you will learn how to manage work which you don't know

1. Lack of leadership 2. Work life balance is just a dream 3. Quantity is more important than quality 4. Work is not equally distributed 5. Lack of resources, also existing resource lack the necessary talent

Work life balance and people around us are very good in this company all managers and higher officials are very supportive and helps freshers to explore and learn, Salary is credited on time

Dislikes

Salary given is less compared to other IT companies in Bangalore and there is not Cab facilities and nothing else is provided other than salary to their employees(like Diwali bonus, Dasara gifts, birthday voucher etc) Basically no other benefits other than salary.
