You may be asked to join any of their client and there is no guarantee for how many months you will be there at client site. But the good things is you will never be fired from here unless you have done really something bad.

...t duration they will always want and ask you to extend your working hours daily. And when the time comes for increasing salary. The minimum will be provided to you. 4. Full of politics, no growth in career or salary etc. 5. Even they call on weekends to complete the project. 6. Each project deadline will be very short for example a month, 2 month. They won't even discuss with the developer on the deadlines. One fine day they will say we are running out of schedule. 7. Personal life is questioned and compromised for the company. 8. You will never get a personal life balance. 9. The work culture is pathetic. 10. Can't give no stars, otherwise I would have done that.

There is nothing to be liked about the company. Only crons are there nothing else.

...giving a second shot to working there if given an opportunity anytime in future. Career growth is good although salary raises are pretty much like most companies in the IT industry.

Dislikes

The only thing that I wondered about Nous is why they never diversified much into other technology areas apart from JAVA, .NET, QA, and MS BI. Maybe creating technology capabilities and finding contracts in these areas could help them grow at a more faster pace, because I do believe Nous has enormous potential. They should also invest in New IT technologies like AI, Machine Learning, BigData and Data Science. Maybe a bit more innovate and aggressive management can turn things around for them.

They will not give you any meaningful work and manager will not disturb you and will not involve you any meetings. So you will not get disturbed

Dislikes

They will ruin your career. They will not give you promotion or salary hike. Management is deplomatic and they don't have skills so they stay on basis of yes boss culture.If you are a mid level employee they will make sure you don't have any visibility with senior management and you do the lowest level of work and you do not get any good exposure. Only non talent people stay here because they don't have any options to change. Talented one quit very soon.

Please don't fall in this trap, they will fool you in every way, especially in Rakesh's team which is Medinous Project. They will treat you as a kid and the manager will interfere in your personal life too and order you about do's and don't in life. whether you are giving your 100% or else you will die there, you will be humiliated in front others and higher authorities just to satisfied their ego Even if you are going out for a tea break manager will ping you every little time. It's a never ending dislikes, but most importantly manager will never takes any blame on his shoulder despite he will put you in front of everyone and will humiliate you just to satisfy his ego. The higher authority should take actions against about whom the are giving resposibilities in the name of company and should be aware of why employees are leaving the particular project.
