Company is good. But managers are not good, they just want the work to be done without even caring the our health, personal life. We keep receiving anytime calls.

Dislikes

No promotions, lot of internal politics which is clearly visible. There is no work life balance. If we do not do the extended work hours and weekend log in there will be no promotion. As mentioned my managers there will be work allotted for 8 hrs(which is not at all true) and they will indirectly put us in pressure to have the work completed which will lead to extended work hrs or weekend log in's....Read More

Great place to start out a career in banking and operations with good culture overall across the organization.

Dislikes would be dependent on the team you are part of cause few Operations teams would have days they would be working 10-12 hrs and whereas there are teams which are much more chill.
