This company is playing after onboarding their employees. Customer service is not a Rocket science job. But they're providing 3rd round of click Training KC is very pathetic they're not carrying the employee i should take the training from Manager he doesn't know anything what is the Procedure to give the Training.

I have never seen anywhere. Fed up and pathetic they've played onboarding Employees. I didn't get proper Training for clear my KC test bcaz the trainer is on leave and they're not worried about the employees bcaz of this reason and Politics reason they have told someone he will not pass the exam. Afterwards i went for 3rd KC exam and I prepared well from previous badge but after completing the exam finally they took my phone and took a snap from the whatsapp training group and updated like he's seen the answers from phone. Then they've closed the system without submitting the exams and masood said you can leave I'll update your kc result finally what they've sent you are not clear your KC Test. After completing the exam i was checked my answers that time its happened. I was prepared very well i showed them all the proof to HR but he's discussed with manager the manager said sorry i don't want this candidate. And they've sent the email you're not clear with the KC final test. But what i have answered from the questions all answers are correct only god only knows what happened after i left from the Mercury building 2nd floor. One thing i want to tell here my mother Tongue is Tamil they've given the final Training in Kannada but i informed them i didn't understand anything end of the day i got a news from someone you didn't know anything bcaz of this language Training. When I was completed the exam i informed the manager that time he said like why you said vijay Training is not understood. Afterwards they've given in English. Once he completed the training he only told he will not pass the exams....Read More

No work life balance. They're filtering the Employees because of worst management and so many buckets are there, even HR also not supporting the Employees. You'll not get any career Growth 100% sure. Always they're filtering and not providing salary
