Everything about Nobroker is horrible. Please dont join this company as they have a policy of "hiring and firing" the employees at any time. They can terminate you without prior notice or without your knowledge.

Nothing is good except food is provided but we have to work like a donkey 12hrs a day.

No proper job security if you don't complete your target they will fire you immediately telling that they have already given the warning and if you people ask for any leaves they ask you to write a mail but you will not get any reply on it after they terminates you one of the scammer HR group will call you and inform you that you got terminated you will get your salary after 45 days I was into the same situation 45 days got over no reply on the mail I didn't got my salary yet I was struggling nobody give me the solution on the termination day myself asked them what's wrong then they told me go back to home your fired travelled nearly 18 km will they Pay my money HR Shreya is the worst no broker is nothing but a scammer bunch don't fall into that don't ever download no broker app...Read More

1. Even Harshad Mehta is ashamed of himself after seeing How Nobroker scams its own employess especially the new recruits and foremost its customers Just ask any newcomer in the servicing department 2. After being provoked or lets say intimidated to service notice period My U.L. denied any incentive or incentive tasks saying its company policy Which upon further questioning was a false statement 3. Even the HRs are stupid while some are way too cunning like They know how to aapka kaatna While both sides of the table knows that iska kaat rha hai, lekin kuchh kar nhi sakte The only explanation was "humlog ka yha aisa hi hota hai" ===== "nobroker terms and regs" while not various instances are there but i want to get down to third point. 3. I worked for 18 days actually 20 but as per them your 2 days wont be counted since u gave a spot resignation while on notice period for a month since its actually Nobroker terms. But kaisa bhai aise???? In order foe you to accept a spot resig., will be possible only if i give one. While those 2 days i came even with a medical issue since my TL asked me too Not an issue there Upon arrival the tl didnt allow mw to login saying HR wants to speak Still ok, but that stupid HR didnt arrive till 3 hours thereon. While me shivering with fever. They asked to me to leave for home saying HR WILL CONTACT YET again the same thing next day Then on the third day i rushed 3 buildings since HR nhi mil rha😂😂 in the rain while recovering Then cones the cunningness and scams as i mentioned earlier in the previous point. Thats not all For the fnf payment my salary was supposed (18*890)= 16020 For which i have proof of receiving only 3402. I guess thats it Just shared an experience They pray this doesnt go viral else i assume more like predict several cases like mine will come up. On time salary ,and they will provide good incentives.very good TLS and they are very supportive and some of the reasons I left the job there it's my bad luck . over all if you are Money minded you can earn here. How much you work they will pay that much. Some times pressure will be there. If you earn money you have to bare the pressure.
