It is very good company to start your career. As a fresher you have tot of things to learn here. You will get professional touch here. Process wise, Hierarchy wise it is ultimate.

Work load is very low, also no release pressure as almost all projects are in-house projects. So if you work here for long time then it will be little bit difficult to adjust in other companies initially. And yes big point, package level is low compare to other industries.

inside interior is good. Job security is a bit there. Good for freshers and localities of Surat.

Pathetic Management. HR, TL, and Managers are toxic. They extend the probation period without giving any feedback and no leaves will be provided during probation even if you have health issues or an accident you have to apply for Leave without pay. Canteen food is provided but most of the time it is half-cooked, overused masala no sugar will be given if Curd is on the menu. No Cab facility.
