Your CTC will be decided based upon your background, not on your skills and abilities. The retention budget is less than the new hires. Poor resource capacity management. Requirements keep changing till the sprint end. People serving for a long time and delivering are not valued. There is no standard for compensation, people with less experience and skills get high pay.
