Useless Seniors, Non-professional Staff and Management Team, No respect to employees. Person medically unfit and not been able to Attend office has been informed to Senior Management but yet Employees been terminated without knowing the medical situation. No work balance and protocol been followed

No job security, corona impact led to close of several operations and they lost lots of client. Operations team doesn't have direct contact with the other teams and they are rechable through delayed emails only!! No training or development based trainings provided in our division Company culture completely based on how much profit you give them. No free transport, no childcare, no education assistance or soft skill training or job training Health insurance is minimal extremely lower than what you expect, you will have to buy a self insurance from outside. Even during corona pandemic, managements wants you to come and operate from Office although after high pressure from employees they agreed to allow wfh but with deducted salary. They were forced to sign a bond agreement there was a mentioned condition if any person leaves that company has to pay 100000. They didn't disclose at the time of joining . Salary not given on time.
