There is good working culture and environment, teammates and management is supportive and transparent, the company policies ate good a d they are giving nice salary hike and bonus a year.

The think is what I really don't like is the job security, there is no job security they can hire when they want and then fire when the company doesn't want the employee.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
