HR are good and they are always ready to help

1 It felt like working in worst company where only 3 people manage entire India fund service business and they keep on hiring their own relatives which dont know basic journal entries and still get good hike and promition and rest hardworking employees leave organisatin within 2yrs. 2 Before joining HR provides details about about budget for office equipments etc. and they genuienly try very hard to get it approved from India head, However once u join INDIA head does not rpl to emails and 2nd person under him calls u and starts giving excusses to not providing approval for equipments. 3 People who can run behind their manager only can join and grow in this company...Read More
