In my career. i have encountered very poor management, particularly with jeyaprakash and gerald and sureshbabu. They lack knowledge of the latest technologies and show no willingness to learn or adapt. it's as if they are stuck in 1998. their behavior and the way they treat people are unacceptable. additionally, their knowledge of development is minimal, and they were hiring only their relatives, who had no expertise in development either. Thankfully, after the new CTO, Prashant Akhawat, joined, the practice of hiring relatives has stopped. Prior to that, 90% of their team consisted of relatives.
