Some projects can fail to have strong learning curve. Client projects are given so much of a priority that you may need to work extra hours or work on holidays for which compensation is rarely provided.

A good place to work as seniors are helpful and gives a good environment to learn.

The work-life balance is poor as the amount of work given is too high compared to the duration of it. Also the management especially the Learning and development cell HR's take a lot of decisions on their own which are not backed by technological knowledge and experience and they expect you to deliver great code in less time</mark>. They also do a lot of politics and they have an answer for every wrong thing they do with you. The compensation is also not decent as they have been paying 12K INR for the past 3 years to the interns even though the company is doing pretty well. Also, they unnecessarily increased the internship of our batch while claiming that "We are in a pandemic" which led many of the interns to leave the organization as the internship which was supposed to end in 6 months stretched to a year. There is no on-job training for freshers and you will have to learn everything by yourself and they expect you to give the best to them. They also give mentors to teams who don't have any knowledge of the team's tech stack and which eventually causes a lot of delays because of improper mentoring....Read More
