Excellent exposure and quality work. I appreciate the opportunity given to exposure other departments and gain practical experience. Overall the workplace is really good for working long term as the company policies area also employee centric with many health benefits perks paid leaves

Loved the collaboration within teams and the open desk culture. Everyone is always there to help out in times. Good hikes and payouts

Dislikes

Some projects can fail to have strong learning curve. Client projects are given so much of a priority that you may need to work extra hours or work on holidays for which compensation is rarely provided.

Work Details

Work life is flexible with some days being chill having minimal work and some days with extra added hours to complete a major delivery.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
