Job security is good... Company is good for you it depends on project. Work culture is also good it depends on team to team. Appraisals are quite better than other IT companies.

Dislikes

The management is not transparent they don't address our issues, there are politics they show you like they are there for you but not really. In terms of growth it can be worst for you but depends on project.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
