responsibilities assigned was too much and training provided was literally zero but expectation was 100% there was no professionalism people were asked to do certain work that was going on behind scenes but the head office was not aware as they had informed the branches to stop assigning that work to the employees without training we had to clear the test if not we were in trouble

Salary on time because they give below standard salary so only this thing to like.
80 % of old employees do not give chance to new people if you are thinking to make career in niit you have no hope. Very bad company politics. No growth in salary and lots of unnecessary pressure senior do not support. If you want to exploit yourself than only join NIIT. WORST COMPANY WASTED MY 8 YEARS .

It's okay to work in NIIT if you are not looking forward for high salary and promotions. For first timers, it's a good learning experience but for others with experience, NIIT do not give good salary packages as compared with other companies.
Work life balance is okay kind of. Ways of how management should work is not here at all. They love micro managing everything. Senior management loves to give you hard time.

No appraisals even if you are hardworking. They will cut off your appraisals on the name of new idea submission and scores. I got lots of client appreciations still the hike was 0%. They are okay in letting their employees go if they ask for salary hike. One person is required to do the work of 4 people. Workload is too much and youare at your manager's discretion. If he tells the management you are doing good work you are good even when you don't work at all and if he doesn't like you he will tell the management you aren't good. They would believe him. The company culture and HR policies are really good.
Working with LC, NIITMTS team has been extremely frustrating. The Managers (Emanual, Muthu, Himanshu...etc) lacked even basic project knowledge and refused to deal with the client, leaving critical tasks neglected. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project. After the employees work tirelessly to achieve the target, these managers take credit and then conveniently fly abroad, they also have the nerve to change names in meeting presentation to claim credit for themselves.
