The Managers (Emanual, Muthu, Himanshu...etc) lacked even basic project knowledge and refused to deal with the client, leaving critical tasks neglected. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project.
