They do not appreciate their employees and even after working for over 2 years there, you do not get appraisals or promotions which you deserve.

Overall good vibe, lot of women employees so decent work environment formal and classy. Established organization so job security on lower to mid level.

Dislikes

This is subjective to project. But usually the one who works gets overburdened and those who don't enjoy. Appraisals are controlled by managers they give hikes to their pets. No visible presence or control of HR. Worked over 5 year. Poor appraisal of 3% with best performance rating. NO acknowledgement of hardwork. Fake claps and trphy no monitery gains.

Lack of support during contract period with issues going unresolved despite repeated re. After leaving the job the situation worsens as the company becomes unresponsive regarding FNF and PF claims.

The company culture and HR policies are really good.

Working with LC, NIITMTS team has been extremely frustrating. The Managers (Emanual, Muthu, Himanshu...etc) lacked even basic project knowledge and refused to deal with the client, leaving critical tasks neglected. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project. After the employees work tirelessly to achieve the target, these managers take credit and then conveniently fly abroad, they also have the nerve to change names in meeting presentation to claim credit for themselves. 1. No role bifurcation. Anyone and everyone doing almost the same thing 2. Management is poor 3. If you are new, no one would understand you and whatever the old people say is right and you can even be terminated on that basis without any investigation 4. Lot of gossiping and back bitching even at the most senior levels 5. Leadership does not act like leaders 6. No work life balance.....you can be called for a meeting even after your work hours and you cannot say no to join 7. Promotion - forgot about it they will increase Target not salary if u will get promotion. Management makes unrealistic plan without any analysis.Management people only busy in showing there work not interested to implement. If someone will spent more time he will spoil his career. Worst organisation worst management. There are lots of people who are sitting in upper management who are doing their own internal politics and destroying career of hard-working employees They are giving promotions to those female's who likes touchy behaviour and likes to talk in sizzling way.

80 % of old employees do not give chance to new people if you are thinking to make career in niit you have no hope. Very bad company politics. No growth in salary and lots of unnecessary pressure senior do not support. If you want to exploit yourself than only join NIIT. WORST COMPANY WASTED MY 8 YEARS .
