This company had so much politics . I mean , i worked like 12-14 hours a day . Got the appreciation from the clients , still my Delivery manager at Nihilent threw me out of the team . Was literally fed up of the politics .

Maybe compensation for some people is good

A very pathetic experience . I worked in Juristic project , was a good employee and worked hard. The Scrum master and the manager present at the Client location respected my work . Still the Delivery manager at the Nihilent office threw me out of project without any reason . What a game they are playing with people's careers and aspirations .
