It operates on almost flat structure that means no unnecessary hierarchy exists. There is a lot to learn and you can try for internal movements too if you wish for. The hikes are decent not very high but not too low as well. The overall company culture is to die for, people are amazing and they understand and respect you.

It is a renowned multinational company. We worked here like as a family. We all know that it was the Nielsen family. Our main concern was team work & team lead. We taken the challenges in any situations by team wise.

Dislikes

Unfortunately I have to say that here wasn't job security, job sustainability and company security . Promotion & increments wasn irregular .Promotion was very slow process . Retirement policies are not good & insensitive very poor . So that employee is not be saved in future.
