People here are down to earth and there is no politics among peers.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Management decisions are hastily taken with no inputs from staff. Such decisions back fire and the staff are later blamed for low business. Also, once a decision is taken, there should be some time given to adapt and yield results. However, the change management is extremely poor. The management tries to run the business with iron-fists, leading to low satisfaction. The changes that are to be implemented are communicated at the eleventh hour even to people managers and they are left to answer the people with little to no information....Read More

Hectic with no policy to rotate timing. Also, no perk are provided for travelling. Work hours are non flexible.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
