Fake Product Org - The branding. They are an Israle company so I thot they will have a great professional work culture, until I joined. The company is plagued by internal politics and the cartel inside wouldnt let you grow even if you are better skilled at. Do not get into their Product Roles in India as they are no more than tech BA roles in services.
The leadership sucks. They are best at taking credit of talented people. Supports Yes Sir culture. I am told several times that from the country you belong, people don't speak up much! What it means is they want to hire cattle and not who have true product growth mindset. Very bad office politics, higher management is involved in everything, Very biased appraisal system. Talkers get more than workers. Managers are just like puppets to the higher management. Some managers don't show you the reality, they'll always dictate over you giving the benefit to someone else. Everyone around you will appreciateyou for your work, but you'll never know what goes wrong when you are 1 on 1 with Manager. Manager's job is to judge everyone on the basis of work by being neutral not by giving favour to someone's opinion. Managers do micro management. Politics being promoted by group manager and manager within team with the help of junior employees. Manager makes false promises of onsite opportunities. Hire and fire policy. Weird hybrid model in which you don't get place to park your car or permanent work station even for two days in a week. White collar lay offs by giving wrong or one way feedback. Commitment and policies are just on paper. Group manager doesn't even know what his team member does. One who butters the manager and goes to his work cabin frequently get promotion and bonus. Equal pay irrespective of skill set, work and learning attitude. No respect given by manager to good employees rather manager prefers someone who is good at buttering. Lack of leadership qualities in manager and group manager but directors are really good. Worst HR policy, they really lack in communications. There is nothing to learn rather spend time on useless initiatives. Company is doing fake branding on social networking sites through paid agency and with the help of selected employees in return of same favour but company doesn't have fund for CSR activities l. Very third class company First they will make retention agreement with you then they will torture you and all sudden day they finds you are not fit for the role and starts PIP process to harss you Not safe and good place for women and Middle management is worst and promoting worst talent as HR is just an puppet
