Fraud Company and Directors including HR Not a Good place to work If You resigned then you are enemy to the company and directors Behavior is very bad. they will try to do every possible bad things with the resigned employee. Directors are trying to teach the professional approach to the employees but if you resigned then they never accept your resignation and employee do not have their last working day confirmation. Try to humiliate as much as possible in your notice period. By god grace once relieved from the company then HR will tell you the company policy for the FNF amount. But after 45 days nobody has received the amount. You are bagging like anything for your amount. I think Govt has to ban the companies like Nexus who exploits the employees....Read More
