There is literally nothing to like in this company apart from the WFH hybrid policy. Salaries are extremely low even if you have lot of experience. Appraisal is given to those people whom company cannot afford to lose. The worst part is toxic colleagues who don't even share what work they are doing and in the name of team bonding ,non sense activities are arranged. I haven't seen such toxic and non supportive colleagues anywhere. Managers force team to have lunch together with toxic people. And if you don't obey, be ready to deal with repercussions. Consulting is very open area, if you are not working on any project, the manager can literally give you any task irrespective of calculating difficulty level. If there are no projects,you may be put on projects which have nothing to do with your skill and the colleagues won't help you. Even if your performance is good , don't expect, a raise.. Only rare people who can leave company and are involved with client will get a raise. I was laid off despite having good performance for many years and the reason they gave me, we don't have work for you. However, there were many other people in my same dept who weren't on projects and hardly contributed to the organization,still they were not laid off. So partiality is here. Work Details

Work policy: 3-4 days a week depending on the whim of manager

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
