Nexdigm is hiring a Services Team Manager for its client located in Hyderabad.

About Client:

Our client is a leading mobility solutions provider who is setting up their business in Hyderabad.

The Service Team Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the service delivery landscape at the client location. This role involves coordinating with the global VP of Services to provide top-tier implementation support to our customers. You will manage a team of consultants specialized in SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Deltek systems, ensuring that they are expertly integrated into our global service operations. This role is ideal for a leader looking to influence global strategies and drive service excellence in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the global VP of Services to develop and refine implementation strategies.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 8-10 consultants with expertise in SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Deltek.
• Oversee the professional development and integration of team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage project assignments and resources to meet or exceed client expectations for successful ERP implementations.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate team performance and implement improvements in processes and strategies.
• Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Team Manager or similar managerial role in a technology or ERP-focused company.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with significant experience working with one of the following: SAP, Oracle, JDE, or Deltek.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for client interactions.
• Experience in managing cross-functional and multicultural teams is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems or project management
