Nexdigm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for one of its clients in Hyderabad.

Client details:

Our client is a leading mobility solutions provider who is setting up their business in Hyderabad.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. They are committed to enhancing the supply chain lifecycle, from manufacturing to warehouse management, with our innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team responsible for upgrading and expanding mobile inventory and barcoding application workflows.
• Focus on enhancing usability, reducing implementation times, and significantly improving the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with company goals and customer needs.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlog, and development milestones.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Interface with key clients and stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insight within the mobile application domain.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically in mobile application development, preferably in inventory and barcoding applications.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) and their integration with mobile solutions.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing product development teams.
• Ability to operate within a cross-cultural, global environment, specifically bridging teams between India and the United States.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
