Newt Global exposes you to multiple technologies. It allows even freshers to get hands on experience with client projects. Ensures timely completion of customer project adhering to strict timelines. It allows you to switch different streams ie. sales, presales, UI devlt, Development, TAG etc if you are confident and your manager believes in you. R&R sessions, townhall events.

Dislikes

When it comes to customer deliverables, I have to work beyond my working hours. Many approvals are required to get something from Admin. Protocol of formals for 4 days annoys me. No work from home here.
