It allows you to switch different streams ie. sales, presales, UI devlt, Development, TAG etc if you are confident and your manager believes in you. R&R sessions, townhall events.

Dislikes

When it comes to customer deliverables, I have to work beyond my working hours. Many approvals are required to get something from Admin. Protocol of formals for 4 days annoys me. No work from home here.
