They guve option to work remotely. Its the only good thing

Dislikes

No job security, they will remove you suddenly with out 2 months notice period saying company is in layoff. They removed 5 people even though their company is not in lay off. No promotions. No increments

I worked at client location so could not comment much on the work environment and culture at Newt global but I can definitely say they offer internal skill development programs to cross train and enhance our skills. Also the pay structure and the time of payment are very accurate.
