It's a company ran be people who are very fair, they are able to recognize talent even if they don't interact with them daily. The clients are US based companies. The change in situation of WFH was pretty easily adaptable due the smart decisions taken by the directors like providing laptops even for interns, cloud based infrastructure, having channels open for discussion. All the projects are very demanding, which is good in a way as it will make you come out of comfort zone and make you adapt/learn new things which will definitely help in career growth. Dislikes

The only downside I can see is same in case of most of the companies starting fresh, senior people need to go extra mile to ensure success of projects and ultimately company. That may result in long working hours on some days.

Expectations are high from you so sometimes it creates lot of pressure on you. Work distribution is an issue. One person end up slogging 12+ hours on daily basis and others from same team end the day like it is 9-6 job!
