Human Resource team is least bother about the operational issues - if in case you highlighted any issue for resolution,they make it more complicate instead of resolving things. 9.They will be good at hiring and says all the time about the reallocation expenses reimbursement - in reality when you submit the invoices for reimbursement when it is within in threshold amount or less,they will just reject it without any reason. 10. This company has no standard policy. HR is basically powerless and all the power has been given to Managers. They have hired all the managers from 3rd party company. Hence, Newmark behaves as a 3rd party company although it's a captive company.

Newmark is a great place to learn about US mortgage. The company supports every service involved US commercial real estate. It also have it's technology and graphics designer department. It is a great company for freshersto start their career. Also work environment is also really nice.
