Amazing flexibility in work hours, Work from home is allowed. You will get a chance to work on latest technologies. Few people worship their work. High learning curve, best place for freshers to start with.

Dislikes

No work life balance. This is depends on the project you are working on. Some people just come to office to enjoy and go. You will be surprised to see these people get promotions and good hikes in appraisal cycle. Engagement Managers should not be biased on people. Management should fix this issue, else you will loose all senior consultants and end up having freshers or mid level consultants. Please hire few managers who are technically sound, who appreciate hard working consultants. We don't want drama artists as EM's.
