No work life balance. This is depends on the project you are working on. Some people just come to office to enjoy and go. You will be surprised to see these people get promotions and good hikes in appraisal cycle. Engagement Managers should not be biased on people. Management should fix this issue, else you will loose all senior consultants and end up having freshers or mid level consultants. Please hire few managers who are technically sound, who appreciate hard working consultants. We don't want drama artists as EM's. One day they will screw up the companies growth by sending out all valuable employees....Read More
