Dislikes

Office politics. Toxic Environment.' Unusual comments on new joiners and self-respected employees. Strict timing In time is fixed and no out time. Someone ( from upper management) may ask you if you try to leave on time on a random day. You have to call them "sir" if you don't you must be on target.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is bond of 2 years which you can't resign. Salary is terrible and career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. They blackmailing you emotionality if you trying to address your issues to fix.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Not giving appraisals based on the effort put into work, even if it doesn't reflect 30% of the effort, is unfair. Also, working excessively without respecting your own time.
