I had seen a lot of negative reviews about NPST but I have to admit that the company has evolved and worked on creating a more positive working environment. They strive at achieving the best for their employees and provide the best opportunities while doing so.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is bond of 2 years which you can't resign. Salary is terrible and career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. They blackmailing you emotionality if you trying to address your issues to fix.
