Working in the organization after completing the training is the worst part. the middle management is more interested in playing politics rather than focusing on their job. If you dont bow to them then they will haunt you in your next company when it comes to HR Background verification. Giving negative remarks. No work life balance PMOs are horrible as they don't understand technical issues as them being non-technical. Unachievable targets are asked to completed in one night as the clients want it. PMO like Smita Holmukhe doesn't have ability to explain to the client if the target they are expecting are achievable or not within one day or whatever timeframe provided depending on the scope

the infra is nice..few seniors are nice where as most of them stays in group and favourism. internal politics among collegues hard to trust. the only reason 2stars is they have nice infra.
