Best for freshers. Don't think and stuck here for future growth. Your self cooked food will be eaten by the so called managers who don't know anything. It is a saying in Netscribes jisko kuch nahi aata usko manager do. In sort you can rename Netscribes as Stretchscribes bcoz u have to work for 15 hours minimum to achieve the target.

Inside politics which you cannot feel directly but it exist through senior which effect on the appraisal, Low appraisal, no matters how good is your performance, I was getting fired without any fault, while my performance was outstanding, which thay already accepted during fire me. The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
