The only thing that I like is that I work from home. There's nothing more to like about Netscribes, just hate this company.

There's no holidays, no salary increment, no promotions, no growth, bad work culture, bad managers and team leaders, everything bad. I was joined since 2019 and left march 2022, HOD/TL nature is very very bad like Deepak Kumar Yadav, i worked here for 3 years out of which i was not apprised even once and the entire responsibility of Deepak and this person only gives apricate/increment to very close leads/friends etc. and the boss/senior here does not care about what's going on in the office. 1<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. One can surely find job security if he/she is performing well. The management and company policies are good, but could be better in some areas.

Dislikes

Training and job security are fairly good. The company lacks in giving growth to its employees and the salary/appraisal is way too low than the industry standards.

Work environment is really good Work-life balance is great as there is flexible timings Salary I always paid on time Appraisal is purely performance based Office is great and fun, people are fun loving Open door policy is good (although it not entirely true)
